We really try and put countless hrs into this, We are just recording everything that's going on we do not make a prices or Try to manipulate anything, We just record the info we see and want to share what we see with everybody so they don't get taken advantage of. yes there's going to be things people don't agree with we're not perfect but we try to give the best information and we have very good sources to help us with it.
I like this list, but could you tell me the reason 'cause similar cards have different range of valutation? Loto => Tfo Old Chewe => Old Han Ok difference is minimal Are those evaluation trade based? Tfo is asked more than Loto etc?
Tfo is because he's great for support And not too sure with Han and Chew haha I'm pretty sure both of them can be triple boosted so just varies
@Savage Opress and @Mike Lopez thank you for ur reply I'm not used to use 5* in support, i prefer trade them
Chewie can be boosted by four actually. ( HoK+Sen Palp+Bail+Queen ) The problem lies elsewhere imho. Boosted Meds have a hard time in pg12-13 anyway / ( hence JM, Vader CC, Dengar and QD dipped this hard ) So Han's are usually useful for transition forms or PG9-11 forms with the least amount of investment. Get 2 Bails + 2 Orri ( Sen Palp is definitely harder to get ) and you already have %30 boost which is good for about 20K attack, which can basically chew anything on that PG. On the flipside. You need 2x2 5* boosters for Chewies to run him on par with Han ( Sen Palp, HoK ) Even if you get all of them, the Atk is around: 12K + ( %45 ) 18K give or take. Still enough to damage mid tier shorts. But the damage is reasonably lower. (Around 200 per hit) On the flip side Chewie batteries are better against Evasion units ( which you don't see often in lower PG anyway ) So, 1) Chewie set up is harder to build for a starting player. 2) Higher attack right of the bat is more attractive for starting players 3) Even at the top his potential boosted Han is still the higher damage option which saves at least 2 spots on form which can be used for snipers or additional shorts. Booster location can be an issue on Superchewies. 4) It can be argued Superchewies are the superior option for higher PG because of anti evasion properties ( see Sebulba/C3PO/Ani RoD/JJB ), but boosted Meds in general is a poor idea for higher PG ( which is in turn reflected in Raw damage med values ) As for TFO, TFO is a necessity for any PG13 vehicle form, since he is the only option to get Nullify Proximity 3 Prep up 3 HP up 4 There are no other cards or possible replacements which can achieve that. Closest you can get without TFO is Null Prox 3 Lure DS HP 5 ( Losing prep up makes your matchups a russian roulette ) I actually downtraded my 2 TFO bases for value once and dropped two PG before i could get them back.
I did, and this one time I will be nice and delete my comment. But , you only get one . And I will keep you honest by pointing out mistakes as they are made. If you can't handle that, well there are quick and painless exits.
I dont rly understant how to work out inter tire trade values or multiple base value using this, plz can someone clear it up for me. I think it might be something to do with the 2^1- part but not sure Thx
Now that that drama is over( thanks loki for the volunter work you do) i would like to reiterate some things that are/were questioned. 1. How is data collected for the ugm? A. for the averages portion of the ugm, the stat is collected raw from the selected auction rooms. In fact we have a specific room that this data is reported in. This room has space for 200 people and i have not yet refused access to anyone who wishes to review the raw data. 2. How are auctions rooms selected for data provision? A. The criteria i use personally are this. 1. Must be a list auction room(except for remotes) 2. Level of activity, 2 auctions minimum per week 3. 100 items per week 4. must be 75% full at all times( 150/200 possible members) (the next parts are gut instinct. but so far have served me well) 5. Coherency, by this i mean is the listing a mess or is it easily disernable. 6. Customer service, if it take 3-5 days to deliver a digital product and that is a consistent occurance, i consider the customer service levels to be low. The result of low customer service is that you lose bidders, as you lose bidders you lose the bids with them resulting in lower than expected yeilds. This in turn affects the overall market if that data is included. to date i have only dropped one list auction room as a result of this and subsequently that room has continued to decline proving the theory of customer service to be correct. 3. What rooms are currently contributors to the UGM averages? A. Currently the only contributors are EZ's, Tom's and FFA. As of this time they are the only ones that fit the established criteria required. And yes i am a bit of a perfectionist about my data. 4. Is there any time where data may/is exlcuded from the ugm? A. Simple answer, yes. The explaination is, while more complex, still simple in theory to understand. Data is excluded if..There are more than one card of the same type (IE: 2 listsings for a 4/7 old vader) unless there is a significant change in the card or it is a new card. So if someone had two seperate old vaders on the list, for the 7 days following the change in the cards status i would report all values, following that i would again restrict it to one listing. So what happens is that if there is no change in the card to warrant its input, i dont report its data. The reason i don't report is that with 2 identical listings there is less competition for the card thus is creates a false return. 5. How often is the ugm updated? A. i do averages updates twice per week, i would love to do more, but with work, kids, life, my time is always occupied( in fact its 12:20 am here right now) Savage usually updates his part twice a week or more as well. 6. What formula is used to create the averages? A. 1. All relevant data that fits the protocol established is included. i do manually input the numbers in a rotating pattern where the oldest number is the one replaced with the freshest data to insure that the averages remain current. 7. Is there a reason with only three contributing rooms, that you list the last 4 transactions. A. until early october there were 4 rooms reporting, and we dropped one. That being said we want you to not only have the best avg. data possible but also we want you to be able to see the trend of that data..so if you looked at a card and is read off like this 47, 45, 59, 36 you would know that the last 4 transactions had those marks. 8. How do we know what the most recent data is? A. Every avg has one box highlighted in yellow, this is the most recent data. the data rotates with yellow being the most recent and the number IN FRONT of the yellow highlighted box being the oldest. 9. How do i know if the curent avg is a good number for the market? A. The best answer i have to that is this formula. 1.00/4=.25 The ".25" is the margin of error. so if you card shows an average of 6.75 then looking at the last 4 numbers you see this, 7,7,6,7 its a good bet that your cards is +/- 7 what you want to see your card landing with in the margin of error window so a card with an avg of 6.75 would have a "window" of 6.50-7.00 if you landed in that window your good. 10. Is there A human factor to the UGM? A. Of course. I am human, savage is human...as humans we do make mistakes i can't sugar coat it. I know i have made mistakes, however, i also catch them..and fix them. 11. Are you willing/able to show raw data? A. yes..there is a limit to how amny people can be in teh room for it at once as line restricts it to 200 but all teh raw data is in there. 12. Do you think your system is perfect? A. Yes...and no...A perfect system would be a disaster..think I robot, are there ways to improve the UGM? sure, theres so many dreams i have for it, some many thingi wish i could do with it...sadly..i am not a computers person and google docs has its limitations.. Savage Data I evaluate the market conditions based on these factors, 1. listed ugm averages 2. Facebook and line retail listings 3. What cards are moving with the greatest frequency based on current demand 4. Data from all the top List Sellers I watch what they have, see how fast it sells and when it it's adjusted
