You can't say that a person with a low attention span ISNT dumb! Alright? You guys don't wanna hear it but I'm sayin it! People who play fallout 4 and actually ENJOY it for more than 30 minutes are FUCKIN IDIOTS who, let's be honest here, you wouldn't want to trust with your life. Let's say you were stuck in a SAW-style death trap and you had to choose one of two people to pull a set of levers in the perfect sequence, solve a riddle, then solve an algebra problem so that it could free you from the death trap (the other person gets fuckin killed). One of them plays Fallout 4 all day, and he says he enjoys the graphics and he says he can play the game for hours without getting bored. Another one plays Witcher 3, now this guy says he rates Witcher 3 9/10, he enjoys the storylines and the great character arcs as well as the solid gameplay, he's invested countless hours into what he says is a really great RPG game. Who do you pick? If you pick the fallout 4 retard, you deserve to die frankly.

What worthwhile awards did Fallout 4 win? Pssh you idiots probably stopped reading this by now. You see a wall of text and you're like "aaagh reading! I'm gonna play my shooty man apocalypse game! Oh wait there is no fucking apocalypse in that shit game! You know what? I liked Fallout once upon a time. FALLOUT : NEW VEGAS. It had dialogue that didn't suck. KARMA. It had KARMA, UNIQUE KARMA. It had HUGE dialogue, not small, Fallout 4 style ones. It had complexity. It had RPG elements. I can go on and on and on, people. You're blinded by amazing gameplay and fun, which, I know this isn't what you want to hear, are factors that do not make a game good. And don't even talk to me about dialogue. The dialogue gets old after an hour, 3 hours max. A person on that thread told me that the level of system in W3. Can you really talk shit about that games leveling system (which I've personally had no problems with, it's perfectly fine,) but Fallout 4's is basic as fuck. You level up and then get better perks. Wow. Oh hey and don't fucking even mention the stats. Just don't even talk about them (hint: they're shit.) Anyway, in the Witcher 3, you level up, you invest points into one of three categories; damage, signs, and alchemy. You can also get these mutagens which you get from looting monsters, and use them to enhance the abilities you get from investing points into the three categories, and the mutagens get stronger and better the harder the enemy you looted it from-- you get the fuckin picture. Lastly, someone in that thread said something along the lines of "all the quests are the same in Witcher 3; you are told to kill a guy, you kill a guy, you get money." My reply to that particular comment, I feel, was completely appropriate. That statement was absolutely retarded and exactly what I'd expect a Fallout 4 player to type out with their cheeto dust encrusted hands (I know what you're thinking: ironic. Yeah well fuck you.) As I was saying, that statement was dumb because the quests and countless side quests, while they do share some of the same outlines and layouts, are all different with their own unique STORIES. Yeah something you'd never find in Fallout 4 other than the little sliver of what could've been a decent story you see in the beginning (and btw: I bought FO4 at full price, 60 fuckin bucks, it was not worth it) Anyway, you've all probably heard all this criticism before haven't you? There's no point in going on (and I CAN go on, believe me.) Reading this won't get you to stop saying Fallout 4 is a good game. Yes it does have some commendable things like Todd Coward and old music and the gunplay. But the game itself (because it is a GAME, people, not a fucking art gallery) is lackluster. I've basically been repeating what everyone has been saying ever since FO4 came out. So, in closing, sell FO4 if you have a retail copy, it will not ever be good. You're all waiting for some magic DLC to come out to make the game good. Nothing will make the game good unless they release an update that makes it exactly like Fallout : New Vegas, Old World Blues and all.

We're a group of people who will sit for hours, days, even weeks on end performing some of the hardest, most mentally demanding tasks. Over, and over, and over all for nothing more than a little digital token saying we did.

We'll punish our selfs doing things others would consider torture, because we think it's fun.

We'll spend most if not all of our free time min maxing the stats of a fictional character all to draw out a single extra point of damage per second.

Many of us have made careers out of doing just these things: slogging through the grind, all day, the same quests over and over, hundreds of times to the point where we know evety little detail such that some have attained such gamer nirvana that they can literally play these games blindfolded.

Do these people have any idea how many controllers have been smashed, systems over heated, disks and carts destroyed 8n frustration? All to latter be referred to as bragging rights?

These people honestly think this is a battle they can win? They take our media? We're already building a new one without them. They take our devs? Gamers aren't shy about throwing their money else where, or even making the games our selves. They think calling us racist, mysoginistic, rape apologists is going to change us? We've been called worse things by prepubescent 10 year olds with a shitty head set. They picked a fight against a group that's already grown desensitized to their strategies and methods. Who enjoy the battle of attrition they've threatened us with. Who take it as a challange when they tell us we no longer matter. Our obsession with proving we can after being told we can't is so deeply ingrained from years of dealing with big brothers/sisters and friends laughing at how pathetic we used to be that proving you people wrong has become a very real need; a honed reflex.

Gamers are competative, hard core, by nature. We love a challange. The worst thing you did in all of this was to challange us. You're not special, you're not original, you're not the first; this is just another boss fight.

Full of Bethesda fanboys ,downvoting any comment thats not meant to suck Bethesda's cock, everyone here tries too hard to put Fallout 4 in a fucking pedestal while the game completely sucks balls compared to the previous games, makes me wonder where did everyone who really liked Fallout go because you can't really like this pile of crap and call it a Fallout game if you have really played the older ones. Not to mention how people here seems to like getting raped over and over again in the ass with the lame DLCs bethesda is trying to sell, 5 dollars for a bullshit set of cages that a single modder could have put in the game in a god damned day, if they only gave us the CK before it, but no, they were smart and they decided to sell that mediocre try of a mod and then release the tools, ensuring that no one made something better than that before them, and yet a lot of people in this hole of nerds downvotes the crap out of people that are annoyed at how they just got scammed by the jerks at Beth. and try to express themselves gently, but no, the nerds act like if Bethesda was their god and any negative comment towards them should be punished with anger replies calling us ''retards and whiners'' just because we don't like the pile of crap bethesda is giving to us, I mean sure you nerds can be conformist pricks but when I get promised a 60 dollar content pack of DLC's I expect that, not a fucking set of furniture, if I wanted that I would go to damn Toys R Us and buy a fucking forgotten boxed copy of the expansion pack of The Sims for the lame price of 3 dollars, which comes with more content than the crap Bethesda shoved up my damn ass, and say what you want, there is no way you bunch of dorks are going to convince me the season pass had 60 dollars worth of content. I pay 60 dollars for a FULL, AAA title these days, are you going to tell me the content of Automatron,Far Harbor and Workshop combined make a full game? Not by a fucking chance. A maximum of 20 quests and a bunch of useless cages and cat bowls aren't worth 60 dollars, I know the Season Pass was way less than 60 dollars, but why did those Jerks advertise its going to be worth 60, why not just come clean and say they're going to give us a season pass that's worth JUST THE PRICE WE WERE GOING TO PAY, because that's what its worth to me, not more than 20 dollars, and thank god I didn't pay more than that, even though I paid thinking I would get 60 dollars worth of content and I got something not even close to it. And I know that the fanboys will downvote this post to hell but who cares, there's still people thats smart like me and feel ripped off, with another 3 Workshop DLC's on the way I've just lost my faith to these bunch of clowns at Bethesda, seriously, first they mutilate my favourite game by completely scrapping the ability to roleplay by adding the damn characters a lame generic voice and giving us just 4 damn options of dialogue to chose from, What in the flying fuck Bethesda, just WHY, and just WHY scrap the Skill System too? Why get rid of everything that made Fallout a full player choice driven game, you're dumb af, you tried to attract a different fan base and you attracted a bunch of CoD nerds and Sims players and left us real Fallout fans on a forgotten dark corner, I'll just always remember how good 3 and NV was and move on with this ''game''. You had the chance to make the ultimate fallout with the new engine and you just had to screw up giving fallout a shitty Mass Effect feel, seriously Bethesda that game sucked balls and you've lost me at least, I'm not going to buy any further DLC's thats what the torrents are for and I could care less if I get downvoted or my post gets deleted for ''Piracy Encouraging'', all Im saying is their DLCs are worth shit and im better off getting them for free, which im not going to do because I already un installed this pile of crap.
