Both Russia and Rumania start with Ru, so that's not a dumb assumption. You'd have to read the rest of the word to see how it's like Romania.

I don't understand how this mistake can be made. Russia first of all is not in the EU, this map is of Average Salary in EU. Second, Russia is well known around the world to be the largest country on the planet. I am surprised this is even an issue for anyone.
