Girls so cannot take advantage of males in the way boys do of girls. For one thing, what's the worst that can happen if a boy gets hit on by a girl? All the boys like him and think he's cool. But for a girl? That's threatening and scary. I'm gonna assume you're a guy and have no experience being on the other side of the tracks, so to speak. Female on female rape is rape. Female on male rape is rape. I was talking about platonic romance, you know, like exists in the show. Boys are told from day 1 that sex = good, take it when you can get it. Girls are told "no sex, you have everything to lose". Seriously, the only thing boys can do that women can't do themselves is make sperm. Sex toys erase any need for there to be men in a sexual capacity.

If Able did the Pepe le Pew act on random girls, it'd be rapey because even at age 12-13 boys can still do damage to girls (i.e. breaking hymen, impregnation, etc.), but gay boys can't really do anything to cause physical trauma like that (nothing permanent like that, rough sex aside). Same with lesbian girls. It's just that hetero sex has wider-reaching consequences on a girl than it does on a boy. Thus homosex is fine for either but hetero should be reserved for adults.
