Most are from China and they're bootlegs. However, many times they're still quality.

My advice, get yourself a prepaid visa/matercard/etc. card and put whatever value you want on it (using cash to buy one takes everything linked to your credit card out of the equation as well) and use that if you're buying from one of these sites. works every time with absolutely zero risk on your end when it comes to stealing identity.
