I have a similar story. Good buddy's wife decided to file for divorce. She moves out and only then realizes she doesn't have the money for a divorce. Buddy proceeds to play the field and increases his 'n' count from about 90 to 140 in 6 months. Then he posted a pic of his new girlfriend on FB and wifey went absolutely crazy.

She is now demanding a divorce- and he is refusing to pay for it. She is just realizing that her hot youth has been replaced by a visage that slammed into the wall harder than Dale Earnhart and the only men who will pay her attention are young horny guys looking for a pump and dump.

You have to file for divorce and write up the ex-parte order, serve the husband etc. Lot of paperwork first and you need $$ to get started. He has more than 50% time with the kids and is paying for her little fuck me apartment but he refuses to pay for her to get divorced because he has the perfect excuse with his GF's not to commit. He has a "wife" after all. LOL.

My biggest flaw when I divorced was moving out of my house. I called my lawyer the next day but didn't tell him I actually moved out. 3 months later he says "glad you never moved out, we'll get the house after this" and my face fell. Cost me a fortune. Worse, her attorneys went after "our" vacation property as well because her attorney had her visiting it when mine didn't even realize it existed. What an anal that was, lol.

Unfortunately for every flaming plane crash of a divorce I know of, I also know of a guy who's wife completely ran amok and convinced him to take her back after she went riding on the carousel again.
I know a guy in town who's wife stepped out on him, she got booted and found out what life was like without the steady paycheck and baby sitting that he provided. So she came back and "decided to work on the marriage". Funny thing is, I can name at least 3 dudes who have hooked up with her since she started working on the marriage (Small town life). It's like it's not even a secret. No one will be surprised when he comes home and blows her away like William H. Macy in Boogie Nights.
