Perhaps your capacity to be a professional body builder depends on genetics, but pretty much anyone has the genetics needed to have huge arms/chest/a ripped stomach/etc.

Except this whole topic is about muscle development within the ass area, with the key point being that you can go from twig arms or flabby thighs and you can work those areas into toned, muscular parts of your body. You can not achieve the same effect with the butt, plain and simple. You can get a butt that does look better but only marginally so, it won't be some sort of huge transformation that you can achieve without the effects of genetics like you can on other muscle groups within your body.

Glutes are grown in the same way as any other fucking muscle, and will keep growing just as biceps do.
The only point of disagreement is destiny defining a nice ass as an enormous "jiggly" (IE fat) one, which means it necessitates excess fat there.
Just look up bodybuilder glutes on google and you'll see how large they grow with barely any fat on them (in a contest where glutes aren't even the focus of the aesthetic), while flexed (which reduced their visible area).
Destiny comparing male muscle growth to women muscle growth is pretty funny, considering his picture of a girl with bigger arms is barely a noticeable difference if it were a guy.

Sure, I don't disagree with your main point. Bret Contreras, a phd specializing in glute training, has written about something similiar, although it seems he's talking about actual glute size differences, not necessarily fat storage (but the same principle applies in terms of size). I don't think trained and untrained asses are going to look the same even when accounting for size either, but that falls into subjective territory of what is a "nice ass".
I just think it's silly to compare male muscular development to female muscular development, and I'm not sure how it fits into your argument either. The one female example you posted had pitiful arm development, and the reduced effect on musculature is also present in glute training (although not as large). If you're referring to females in particular, then sure, their glute training isn't going to have as large of an effect as a male's arm training, but the same is true for a female's arm training as well.

I dont think you're making a fair comparison with those before/after photos. Girls tend to store fat in their butt so even if their glutes grow, they will still be under a layer of fat and obscured.You get way more definition with biceps/chest growth because we dont tend to store a lot of fat there (that's why abs are so hard to get). And even so, we're not looking for well-defined glutes, we want a nice round ass, so it doesn't really matter.
This whole conversation started with you saying you get rustled whenever a gymbro tells a chick that the best thing a girl can do to get a nice ass is squat. Well that's not true if you're skinny, the best thing you can do is pick up a fork. Past a certain point though, you're just gonna get really fat and we dont want that as well. I think that's where squats can help. If you're growing the muscle underneath the fat, the overall shape takes on size as well. Will the results blow your fucking mind? Probably not, but it's still something someone can work on and get some marginal gains in the pursuit of the elusive perfect booty.

Without taking either side in this argument, these pictures only prove Destiny's point further, as these are perfect examples of two women whose asses grew as a result of them gaining weight. These are simply before/after gaining weight pictures rather than pictures showing results of working out, as you'll notice by looking at the rest of the body in either one.

I'll take the first picture as an example. You'll notice she actually reveals that she's bulking in the description of the photo, and she even writes herself that there "is to such thing as 'abs' during bulk". So while her 'booty' has obviously grown as a result from working out, the vast majority of the increase in size in this picture is clearly from the weight gain during her bulking period, and as such most of this is going to be lost in the cut (assuming she is going to cut, obviously).
Notice that I'm not claiming that she doesn't know what she's doing, nor that working out one's ass is a waste of time, but that the majority of the growth is very likely due to the weight gain, and therefore is equally likely to be lost upon a following weight loss.
Does this make sense to you? I feel like most people would be able to identify the weight difference between the two pictures, no?
Edit: Okay, I have some extra time, so I'll do the second picture too. If you read the description of this one, again you'll see that she tells a story of going from "fit chick", as she puts it, to someone with "no abs" (i.e. a higher body fat percentage). It's not that there's anything wrong with this, but once again that the weight gain is the real reason that you see an increase in ass-volume.
