Why not? they would both serve the same purpose, the only difference is that Trump's wall will cost more.

Another example is this wall they are building in Tunisia to keep out terrorists, I believe it is being partly funded by Obama. Do you really think they would build if they didn't think it would help?

If you're referring to Donald when you say that, you should know that that he blames terrible trade policies and the incompetence of the current and previous governments (very much like Sanders) on America's problems. Also letting illegal immigrants in at their leisure is an insult to all the people who took the time and effort to come legally.
