The match can played within 48 hours after the original kick-off

It can played anytime during an apporitate point in the season. None left however

However if the FA decides the game should not be replayed then the fixture will be recorded as a 0-0

The FA and PL would be eviscerated in court proceedings that would dominate the headlines during the EUROS and drag the reputation for the FA and PL through the mud making the FIFA scandal look tame. How do I know this? Woodward is a business man and we have American owners. And regardless of the result sponsorships in the PL and FA will move to other leagues as a result of the backlash, unlike FIFA the FA and PL has some semblance of competition (other countries and their FAs and leagues).

Don't think it will. It will be just a result, no addition to any player stats (games played, minutes played, clean sheets, etc.), just like when FIFA award a team a 3-0 win after abandonment (when one team is at fault), none of those goals go to any player.
