Best in the business? They didn't use mocap and it shows, last gen games like LA Noire, GTA V and even IV have significantly more expression purely due to the mocap.

Games like Unity, Syndicate, Far Cry all have significantly better facial animation.

EDIT i-i-i mean, praise be CDPR, how could they make such god like facial animations!

I think the faces in TW3 look fantastic I did notice that while the animation was still really good, it didn't really look as good as games like MGSV and Uncharted 4 just due to the extremely well done use of mocap.

There were moments of great expression in TW3 but you're right, it would've been significantly better if they mo-capped the animations.
