A couple of weeks ago there was a piece of news on UK if i remember correctly (might be Germany or Sweden or other country though), where the immigration authority acknowledged it actually lost track of thousands of refugees/immigrants and it's not economically feasible to look for them.

The problem is the age difference. 17yo wanting to bang a 16 yo... that's ok i guess.

A 30+ yo wanting to bang a 16 yo, not ok. Imo not even 18 is ok. The age gap becomes less important with age, that is a 40 yo with a 30 yo is much less creepy than an 28yo with an 18yo.

Basically, imo, until they're 24-25, the age difference should be 3-4 years max.
