So what could be happening?

I wonder what the effects would be of a massive electromagnetism burst in the ionosphere/atomosphere.

I wonder if this could potentially cause a negative charge, simply by de-ionizing or ionizing the air. This would then cause the massively positively charged storm to rush in to fill the electric potential vacuum.

Whatever it is, it is definitely odd. The storm converges directly on the bullseye of the radar burst.

Look closely. The storm is literally pulled directly into the center of that burst. All points of the intense storm are completely attracted to that center point, and totally converge there.

Skeptic: But the center of the anomaly is literally dead center on top of a radar site. It's obviously a glitch.

Retort: If you were planning this and wanted it to make it look like a standard RADAR glitch/plausible deniability, where would you put it? These people aren't idiots.
