It looks like he sucks all the creativity out of our creative players. I have alot of respect for him, but I have a feeling that he's not relaxed enough. Can anyone back this up or am I deluded?

EDIT: I guess that's what you were saying essentially. Yes, I think the majority of United fans think he's too disciplined with positioning and doesn't allow for much creativity or freedom.
