Got mine. Sadly, the box was apparently handled (and trampled) by large, uncoordinated animals during the shipping process. This makes the products (both of them) utterly unusable due to the fact that they are pretty much crushed. Since the company does not plan to make more, I'm going to have to just eat the cost of these. Sad, but that's the way the cookie...or in this case, the Coolmore...crumbles.

This was my first Kickstarter project that simply didn't perform. It's poorly made, feels cheap, looks cheap and kinda works but mostly doesn't. I've had great luck on Kickstarter and am proud to be part of the community. But this one, it just feel woefully short.

Well, I have been hoodwinked! My first true fail with Kickstarter. I do have a sense of humor though and will find something creative to do with this absolute piece of junk. Even my young nephews got a kick out of how amateur the construction was. Real entrepreneurs have to see a project from the eyes of their consumers. Hmm, not sure you attempted that.

I could forgive the flimsy materials and cheap appearance if it worked. It blows air, but to feel it you have to be less than a foot away--any further than that and nada. Ironically, I can hear the damned thing from 50 feet away. I could have made something better out of cardboard, hot glue, contact paper and a computer fan for less than $15. If any one of you fans wants one, I'll sell you my second one cheap... box never opened. :0

Received mine in the UK.....generally it's ok the fan noise I can probably live with, the construction is a bit cheap but the tray insert could have been made out of hard plastic instead of the cheap crap you've given us.

Just got it. First thoughts, it works... but don't see any difference comparing to my table fan. Price wised, the product could have been better. maybe plastic molding or something since its not fold-able, which I thought it was going to be initially when I backed the product. If you plan to continue with this product as is, get the price low, like 10-15. Or increase the quality, material of box and fan. At this point I don't see how the price match the product. overall, design is great but could use that polish.

Return policy? Maybe this is what was described during the campaign but the quality is absolute crap. Fan is loud. Position 1 is faster than 2 and the actual "box" a kindergartner could have made in craft class. Horrible, Horrible product.

Received mine, and it does what the campaign said it would do - deliver cool air in a sleek, portable package. Thoughtful engineering, and appears to be well-constructed. I like that I can use it away from outlets, powered by a USB battery brick. Looking forward to more intense testing application this summer!

Received my COOLMORE in Canada. My roommates complain that my house is always too cold and since I'm outnumbered, I have a hard time sleeping because it's so "hot. Last night I had the best sleep in a while despite the glue smell that'll go away in time. Congratulations on a successful awesome project and can't wait for your next one!

Just received my Coolmore, the quality is very poor. It's literally cardboard wrapped in some low quality leather that is thin as a piece of paper. The corners have a poor finish as I can see the cardboard in certain areas. Fan is also quite loud even for the size of it. Overall, cool idea but the Coolmore that I received was not worth the money.

Got mine today - wasn't expecting it to be honest so nice surprise. Instantly threw two ice bottles in freezer and just used it for half hour. Going to help at my desk in this Texas heat for sure. Probably need to order another one or two now.

I just received mine... I can't believe I paid 37$ + 5$ for shipping for this.
Material + Producing cost are clearing not over 8-10$ and I'm sure I'm overestimating it...
The fan isn't even a silent one, on the campaign video they hide the sound quite well and in the temperature test they purposely muted it to hide the annoying noise...
A picture of a baby sleeping with "Comfy nap" written ? When turned off sure, try having a baby sleep with that much noise, that's just plain false advertising.

For this price, I was expecting and we should at the very least have gotten a silent fan, they do exist but no... to have even more benefits they just gave the crappiest and cheapest one.

I backed up over 30 project and it's the first one I feel scammed about, it's clearly not worth the price.

Mine just arrived in London. Very excited, very disappointed.

First the craftmanship is of poor quality. The box is dented on the side, has visible glue stains and overall looks very very cheap. On top of it the settings "0, 1, 2" are switched. "1" is stronger and "2" is weaker. Oh and the insert looks like one of those transparent plastic bits that hold some fruits in the supermarket -- very cheap. I'll have to see if the drink cooling actually works..

Not impressed at all.

Wow, I cannot believe so many people didn't read the campaign page. I always read it carefully before giving up my hard earned money. I'm looking forward to seeing my Coolmore.
