Unfortunately i surance was way toouch so i decided id go without. My power steering pump was out and i was half awake and accidently scraped a camper trailer. I just left not thinking much of the little scrape. Get pulled over and supposedly its now a bog dent and scrape and after presure i confesse i hit it a tad. Ticked for hit and run, improper backing up, and no insurance. What to do now?

I cant afford to get insurance so i can get my car out, i have another vehicle with rims but all 4 tires have holes. Can i trades rims and tires? The tow place says i cant strip it down when i took my cb radio put of it. The tires belong to me not the lienholder.

Well, you're going to be on the hook for the cost of the repairs for the vehicle you hit. You're also going to end up on the hook for the tow, the storage (it goes up each day), and whatever else. You mentioned a lienholder, so I assume you owe money on the vehicle. You're going to be on the hook for that too. Then there's also the tickets.

You made a stupid decision that is quickly cascading into a lot of problems for you. Why don't you stop and do something right for once?

Asking what im supposed to do? Ive got people i have to put food on the table for..couldnt afford insurance its $300/mo for liablility. This is the first time in a year that ive hit someone without insurance. I had i surance 6 months ago and got hit havent had any since except one month until they cancelled ot when my accident had lapsed and i refused to pay the new rate.

Im asking if its legal to swap tires?

Also what i should do from here?

They aren't going to let you take the tires off the car until you pay up.

Why is your insurance $300/mo? Are you that bad of a driver?

Also, $300 is WAAAAAY cheaper than this whole thing is going to cost you in the long run. You also may get your license suspended, so you may want to prepare for that possibility too.

I have tickets for: Driving without Valid License (had no license yet on way to get it) at same time i got a second violation on same ticket for overspeeding the road conditions..only biggest violation on each ticket affects or goes on record for insurance according to insirance place.

Then I have a ticket for 5 over in a residential

Then my car accident, failure to yield. Every other cop and whatnot agreed ot wasnt a failure to yield. Insurance says i was 10% at fault just because i got ticketed or i wouldnt have been at fault at all.

Now i am NOT bragging but my first ticket i was actually going 130+ in a 45 so as not to be late for drivers exam. Second ticket I was being very stupid and whipped around a corner at 40+- an cu off a cop in a residential. Third ticket i got hit from the right in an uncontrolled intersection. This all occurred between june and mid october. No tockets sice. I have a total of 9 points on my record. I think its 15 points in a year or 12 in one incident and license is suspended
