Two cities as one in next leg of #ILOVEUNITED

#ILOVEUNITED, where fans around the globe get up close to all things Manchester United, will take place in two cities at once in the latest celebration of the most popular football club in the world.

Seoul and New York City, separated by 13 hours and almost 7,000 miles, will host #ILOVEUNITED events as United take on Norwich City on Saturday 7 May, kick off 12:45 BST.

In the South Korean capital, a live screening of the match will be attended by Manchester United legend Louis Saha and ambassador Ji-sung Park, United’s most decorated Asian player, who played for South Korea 100 times. The evening event will take place at I’PARK Mall Event Park in Yongsan.

Simultaneously on the other side of the world, United’s famous 1999 Treble-winning strike partnership of Dwight Yorke and Andrew Cole will be rising early in New York to greet fans in Gotham Hall on Broadway.

Both events will have plenty on offer for fans, where the ex-players will take part in an on-stage Q&A, share personal anecdotes from their time at the club, and give pre-match predictions and post-match analysis of the game. There will also be entertainment, giveaways and competitions, courtesy of the club’s commercial partners.

A worldwide journey that started in the Indian cities of Bangalore and Mumbai, followed by Bahrain in the Middle East and Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, #ILOVEUNITED enables Manchester United to reach out to its global family of fans on the ground.

The events are free to attend and fans are asked to apply online for tickets by visiting www.manutd.com/iloveunited no later than 2 May. Applications will then be entered into a ballot, with tickets issued at random. Successful applicants will be notified by email no later than 3 May.*

Manchester United's group managing director Richard Arnold comments: "We are fortunate to have a global family of some 659 million followers. We want to reach out to all of our fans and the #ILOVEUNITED programme this season has raised smiles, excitement and unforgettable atmospheres wherever it has gone.

"Now, we’re taking our journey to a new level with two events at the same time, in two of the most exhilarating cities on Earth.

"In the USA, we have more than 8 million followers. In South Korea, where Ji-Sung Park is a national hero, we enjoy the following of more than 15 million fans.

"We are working hard to bring the unique passion of Manchester United to these loyal fans and make this dual-continent event an unforgettable experience."
