Socialism is when workers control the means of production. The subtle difference here is that in co-ops the workers are also the owners because they bought/created the means of production. If Bernie was for taking away ownership and giving it to workers it would be socialism.

/u/Minn-ee-sottaa is a high schooler, still a virgin, that argued with us in r/dickgirls. He tried defending the Soviet Union, and then when it was looking grim for him he copped out and said anything past 1921 doesn't matter because it was a state capitalist state. But earlier he argued they got the first man in outer space and legalized gay marriage. It turns out those both happened after 1921. He freaked out, absolutely flipped out and left.

Fun fact-- he owns an iPhone which he loves and mommy and daddy helped buy him his car. Not good enough though, he needs everything else free.

He's a very, very young kid trying to establish an identity and assert his individuality by trying to be "edgy" and shock mommy and daddy with his "radical" political beliefs. You talk to this guy and he throws out all the buzzwords left and right trying to signal how much of a good little commie boy he is. Imagine a 16 year old using words like "bourgeoisie" and "reactionary" and you got him.

Writing a big screed on how the community is horrible because they're pissed about shipping snafus not on their end is pretty fanboyish. Fanboys always blame the community for "not getting" whatever the company produces. Apple fanboys, Nintendo fanboys, the list goes on. Or blames the customers for a company failing.
