現在Windows 7/8/8.1を使っている場合は、7月29日までは無料でWindows10にアップグレードできます。
Windows10の延長サポート終了は2020年1月、Windows 8/8.1の延長サポート終了は2023年1月です。

ちなみに私は1台をWindows7からWindows10へ、別の1台をWindows8.1からWindows10へアップグレードしてみました。
また、Windows7/8/1のライセンスキーを持っているなら、Windows10のクリーンインストールも可能です。私はこの方法で1台新規インストールしてみました。
