Reading this article it dawned on me,, do I now have the right to choose which restroom I want to use ?

Plus can I now sue any person, establishment or business that would deny me the restroom of choice for denying me my 'court granted' rights ?

After all this is an equal rights nation is it not ?

Surely those tranny's are not being granted "Special Rights" are they ?,,, Why everyone knows that is a big NO NO !

The "I need to regulate other people's behavior because gays are destroying my religion" spiel is getting old.

The religious right is so distracted by bathrooms (already a losing issue) because "think of the children." Are you a leftist or do you just parrot their talking points about different issues? You sound exactly the same as anti-gun nutjobs who yell and scream "think of the children."

In the end its just issue X out of 4000 that the religious right has failed to defend or "conserve" any damn thing, they will soon cave on all demands and get nothing like they did with every other issue. What a joke these people are.

I am guessing you feel the same towards gays suing people who do not meet their demands due to religious beliefs ?

Or does your political ideology only grant 'equal rights' towards libs and their victimhood status appointees ?

The only 'biting' I see being done is is by the left and its victimhood class. Last I knew there was no mega dollar lawsuits being waged against gays or trannies that would deny them their Constitutional rights.

As I pointed out why are the trannies being given 'SPECIAL RIGHTS' over everyone else, what makes them special and above the law and civil mores ?

Its a non-issue give it up. The left distracts you with gays and attempts to pass the disastrous trade and immigration deals with the help of pro-business Republicans of course.

So I have the same rights as some tranny who underwent an operation by choice ?

That would mean I have the right to choose whatever gender posted restroom I decide to use.

And anyone who has a problem with it is wrong and could be sued for denying me or others like myself, our court granted civil rights.

Then go in the woman's bathroom at Target and cause controversy since its so easy to do. You know its already illegal to film others naked without their permission? You know its already illegal to molest others. You know its already illegal to expose yourself to minors? You want more laws, more government?

I'm tired of hearing how we need more laws to restrict others. Thats why we haven't seen a Republican president this decade.

According to your argument, all laws should be voided to protect the rights of others. So it's okay for people to fornicate in the streets in front of children? Yes, that's an extreme example, but the point is, where do you draw the line? It keeps getting pushed back farther and farther. The majority should choose the path. If the majority has no problem with men in women's bathrooms, then so be it. My issue is with the CONSTANT violation of my rights for the sake of the minority. I don't want to infringe my beliefs on how people should live privately in their own homes, but don't include me in the charade of 'social justice'. Laws suck, big government especially sucks, but lines need to be drawn at some point. You don't want me to force my views on you, you can return the kindness. Further, SJWs are the ones making mountains out of mole hills and causing the creation of new laws. I'm sure if a transgender snuck in to a bathroom somewhere, and they didn't create a scene, no one would notice. Not everything needs a headline and a law made. It's about not stomping on MY rights.
