Hello everyone,

I'm glad to announce today that the official PS4 community for this subreddit is now open. It will allow for better communication with the members of this sub making it easy to organize tournaments such as the one we had for Rocket League.

What are the benefits of a PS4 community?

  • Community parties: You can create community parties and chat/play with anyone from the community easily!

  • A very easy way to communicate with this community having a public wall where any member can post on the wall, be it gaming news or asking for team-ups or even challengers.

  • One place for all the gamers here to gather, no need to add everyone individually from the subreddit to your friends list!

  • More convenient for those with few friends who are looking for more friends to play with online games like The Division or Rocket League etc. Now you can play with familiar people who share similar interests.

How to join the community

From your PS4 dashboard go to: Friends > Communities > Discover Communities > Click on search > Type "Reddit RedDevils" > Join the community.

The community is open so you can join right away!

btw since we're speaking about dictatorship, the new game for the PS+ this month is a good one to unleash the dictator in you, it's called Tropico 5, good game for when you're bored, market price is 60$, go get it guys!

Still stuck in the dark ages with my PS3. It actually died the other day after serving me so well, RIP. Sucks being a poor student!

For those who never joined a community before, no worries it's very simple to navigate and use, I'm currently away from home until next week at least so I can't help with anything right now, but /u/Pedantic_Pat [+3] is in the community so if there's any problem he should be able to deal with it.

If you have any suggestions for the community please share it here or message the mods, I'm no /u/lukejames1111 but I did the current logo and colors, it can be changed easily if needed.

It's now open so anyone can join, the other option is sending a request that should be approved by the mods, but this option seems unpractical now since we would have to approve the users one by one.

It's not visible to many people though, unless someone searches for it or someone from your friends list found it in your profile and joined. Maybe after a few days when the majority of PS4 owners here joined we will make it private so that we don't get any randoms joining.
