Well kinda...I mean it only makes sense right? Bitcoins design was to be limited from the get go. 15 million coins in circulation now with 25 coins being created every 10 minutes. 25 will then change 12.5 with years to come. When something is hard to obtain, price sky rockets. This sounds like a great time to be speculating.
