I go through phases,(not sure if I'm alone here) where I get tired of random sex. Then I go through phases where i want it, and it's exciting again. Recently, I decided i was gonna work on my career, my boat, and the gym for a few months and not deal with women; however, it's proven to be a little challenging.

The more that I try to push them away, the more they want to stay, the harder they try, the more annoying and stressful it all becomes. They'll even start showing up at my house, and that shit gets messy. Before you ask, I always make it extra clear from day #1 that I don't want anything more than a hookup and casual fun outings. I don't like to lead anyone on for sex, I don't believe that's right. After a few girls kept causing me grief, I thought about how to do this more effectively with other girls and avoid this drama all together.

I did exactly what TRP says not to do. I began acting beta, and over bearing. Tons of pics(selfies), text messages(saying sweet things), calling(just to say hi and that i was bored). It only took two days of doing this with two girls and they started acting distant(shocker).

When they started acting distant, I asked, "what's wrong, don't you like me?" They responded with, "I just want to be friends." I agreed and told them I respect their decision, and to let me know if they change their mind.

This is super fucking twisted, I know. But, it worked amazingly! I'm honestly going to use this every single time I have a bad lay, or I don't want a girl to get attached. You don't have to be a dick, you don't have to hurt anyone's feelings, no drama needed.

So for anyone who truly doesn't give a shit, and wants to get rid of some girls, do this, avoid the drama. It works. I will say this isn't needed for all chicks. There are some girls I hook up with that are super mentally stable and are ok with casual. They don't get attached, which is great. I can tell those I need some time for me, and they'll be fine with it.

Be careful with the deliberate beta. Women who feel tricked into sex, then creeped out by what the guy turns into are way more likely to go crazy, claim rape, or vindictively fuck with you. Whereas the manly asshole who simply stops calling stays on her mind for years.

Really? I would think that you're more likely to get in trouble if you stonewall a woman after having sex with her, then she'll feel rejected and like she has to get back at you.

It's a fine line. If you clearly hit it and quit it, to the extent that she feels played, she may retaliate. If you're awesome in bed and she can barely walk, or if you treat her to breakfast the next day and kind of sort of talk about maybe getting together later but never do, that can mitigate the risk.

If you fuck her, then the next morning, you're sickeningly lovey-dovey, asking to be her boyfriend, and picking out child names, that's terrible. She'll realize that she accidentally fucked a loser, she'll feel tricked, she'll feel used/raped, and she may retaliate.

I had a plate invite me over to her aunts bday party where I'd get to meet damn there her entire family. Thing is if I push her away or ignore her, all she's gonna do is stay interested. That's how I got her in the first place. So I'm gonna do what you did and friend zone myself. She's in her early 20s. So I figure it'll be less drama this way too. Even if being over bearing doesn't work, because for some reason she's super needy. Just make yourself unattractive in other ways. Be boring, bad in bed, etc. There's tons of ways. I mean, again this is only necessary if you think it'll be drama and you don't want it.

I was waiting for someone to make a post about this strategy. It's never been given an official name, but I think "reverse beta game" fits it nicely.

The strategy is extremely useful for deflecting unwanted advances and attention from other women.

I guess i could make it a more elaborate post. But, basically just do the opposite of what it says here should suffice. I just do it now when i get the hint that she's a clinger, and extremely emotional. What's funny is they feel super entitled when they decide you're unworthy. You can hear it in their voice, all the sass. It's never very nice.

Good advice. This is actually how I got rid of my ex.. For years I ignored her, told her to move out, very detached. Even after she moved out she was wanting to text and come over..

Then I got sick with a fever and started acting needy, kissing her ass, talking about letting her be a stay at home housewife (it was a bad fever)..

She ghosted me, after years of trying to get rid of her she ghosted me after one week of super beta mode

That actually made me laugh a little. What's so sad is when you do it unknowingly you feel destroyed inside. To touch on that, I had a girl that was obsessed with me a few years back, I could do no wrong. I left my high paying job to go back to school and got a decent but lower paying job. But now she had to pull her own weight and i needed help with buying food etc. She left me, and I couldn't understand what i did wrong. I had an inclination, that maybe she was just a gold digger. But now I know, and to some extent i was right.

No, you're misunderstanding. They're not throwing themselves at you initially. They just don't know how to handle the fact that you don't want them anymore. NOT ALL, but a lot of them go nuts. So, what i do now is just act beta instead of pushing them away by cutting them off. It's much more effective than dealing with the girls showing up at your house, refusing to take no for an answer, parked outside etc.

This doesn't matter to girls. I say this just so I'm in the clear morally for my own sake. Girls, just want to get their foot in the door. As soon as they do that, they assume you're theirs until told otherwise...even then...

This theory has been discussed here forever though. It's also a way to keep the door open in the future for resuming as a FWB or whatever.
