Get a chargeback. They're notoriously awful. Search them in the sidebar, you'll find a ton of garbage.

Yeah, I tried that already, but I used my debit instead of my CC and bank said I would have to contact them to get a refund......lol except they never answer their phone or email. I am not to worried about the money so much as I am about others getting ripped off.

This doesn't sound right. Everytime I've had to do a charge back (Bank of America and Wells Fargo), the bank has issued me a provisional credit. They give the company a chance to dispute and then make a decision. But the credit has been instantaneous.

I will try calling again, luckily this is the first time I have ever had to do it, so I am inexperienced in the matter.

Same here. Try again OP. You paid and didn't receive anything even after multiple attempts at contacting customer service. The bank should rule in your favor.

Same with me (Chase). My bank is really great about charge backs, it usually takes me 10-15 min tops including the time I'm on hold.

It shouldn't matter if it was a debit or credit card, as long as your card is a Visa, MasterCard or American Express you should have zero issues.
