Wow. I guess some things never change... They have the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I received some broken bottles from them over Black Friday, and it was absolutely brutal trying to communicate with customer service. I e-mailed them at least 20 times over the span of a few weeks, and got no response until I threatened to contact my credit card company, and then all of a sudden, someone responded to me almost immediately and credited my account for the cost of the broken bottles. Of the juices that arrived, three of the four flavors were vapable-- two were actually decent, one was simply vapable, and one was straight up disgusting and unvapable. I don't think they'll rip you off entirely and just not send you your order, but at the same time, you might not enjoy some or all of the juice that they send you. There are much better companies out there. Check out these lists: reddit! AND reddit!

I have a few sites I order from that are really good. But 120 ML Boss was to good to pass on for 50 bucks. I usually research online sites first but didn't have the time.

That one experience I had with their house juices was enough for me to know that I didn't want to support a company like them. I have heard that they have great prices on premium juice, but that they do not always have those items in stock. That could be the case here, and would explain why your order hasn't shipped yet. You very well could be correct, but the least they could do is put that in an a response to one of my emails rather than not answer a phone call or reply at all.

You're absolutely right. There's no excuse for the way that they treat their customers. They are an awful company with premium juices that are never in stock, mediocre/bad house juices, and even worse customer service. I'm sorry you're going through this... Threaten them with a chargeback, and there's a good chance that you'll hear back from them almost immediately. That's exactly what happened to me when I was in your situation-- Two weeks of daily unanswered e-mails, and once I said the magic words-- "I'm going to contact my credit card company,"-- I was told that no one saw any of my e-mails, and that they had all wound up in the spam folder, and that they would make things right immediately. They did end up crediting my account, but by that point, I was totally exhausted from the whole ordeal, and had already decided I would never order from them ever again.

Yeah same here with the response, after 2 weeks I threatened to report them to the FBI's online scam reporting service, within 20 mins I got a response and they said my order was going to be shipped soon. 2 weeks plus later and I still had nothing, and they are back to not answering emails. Funny thing is the only thing I have gotten is an email asking how I liked the product that they have yet to send lolol

Sounds like it's definitely time to contact the bank and get a chargeback. You paid for an item, and there is no record that it was ever sent. There's no way that the bank will rule against you, particularly if they look into the company and see how many people have been filing chargebacks against them. Get your money back, and use this experience as a lesson, and never support E-Juice Mafia ever again. Maybe when enough people come forward and share their horror stories, E-Juice Mafia, and their affiliate companies will no longer be in business. That's all we can hope for at this point. Definitely....its just such a pain because my bank is back in the states and with time zone difference I have to either stay up to late or get up to early to call lol I just need to stop being lazy I guess.
