This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, been a month and they still haven't even shipped my order......and the confirmation email they sent when I purchased said three days. I have messaged them multiple times and only got a response once after I threatened to report them as a scam site. At this point I do not even care if they send what I ordered or not, I just want a refund. It really angers me when I have to beg a company to send me something I paid for. After my issues, I went and researched other reviews and found this sort of thing to be the norm with this company. I guess maybe I should have known that 120 ML Boss reserve for $50 was probably to good to be true.

In addition, I would like to say that the above rant is meant to sway others away from making the same mistakes with this company that so many others have. If people stop wasting their money with this poor excuse for a company then either; 1) They are forced to actually improve their customer service or 2) they are put out of business.

I'm sorry you've had to go through this. Please. Everyone just stop ordering from them. I hijacked their their mailing list from soudest and I'll be sending out a mass email to everyone warning them. I don't care about consent at this point. I was "let go" of about a month ago. Since i never signed any paperwork I'm going to do an AMA for you guys. Any pictures, screen shots, etc will released. They screwed me out of $895 (my last paycheck). So!! Piss on them.

Wow, I can't wait for this! You always came off to me as a decent dude put into a horrible situation and given an impossible job. As for the owed money, check with your state's workforce commission. They might be able to help. Even if they can't though, look at it like this - it only cost you $895 to get out of a massively messed up situation with no future.

Depending on your state, I wouldn't even bother. Small claims all the way. Super easy to sue people and win if your legitimately got taken. No lawyers, just bring in your proof etc. Probably a lot quicker as well

I wouldn't even screw with it. File it first thing tomorrow-sue for any late fees that bills have charges you, rent etc. Sue for the time it takes you to put together the suit, any paperwork fees...any cent you can prove was lost or spent. Most states have a $5000 limit and is incredibly easy to file, win-if you can prove it. I'd also starting screenshotting all of the complaints here to show their integrity. I can't believe-shocked really-they came on just to address you but didn't bother addressing op...or any other op. Scum!!!

It was very much warranted. I understand why peoole did it. This company is a joke and just left me out to dry. I worked endless hours sifting through 100+ emails a night (yes they got 60 complaints a day about mess ups, chargebacks, and lawyers from Trademark infringement). Then they just drop me for no reason and don't pay me the close to $900 they owe me. I'll tell everything i know.

Get a chargeback. They're notoriously awful. Search them in the sidebar, you'll find a ton of garbage.

Yeah, I tried that already, but I used my debit instead of my CC and bank said I would have to contact them to get a refund......lol except they never answer their phone or email. I am not to worried about the money so much as I am about others getting ripped off.

This doesn't sound right. Everytime I've had to do a charge back (Bank of America and Wells Fargo), the bank has issued me a provisional credit. They give the company a chance to dispute and then make a decision. But the credit has been instantaneous.

Hey happens to best of us. Joker Juice was one that was pretty well known and they got a bunch of us on an Easter Sale (There is another Joker Juice company up and still running so not same one for those not aware of situation)

Good though ya let people know. Only way keep everyone informed is bringing it up. :) We get a lot of new folks ECR so hey might saved someone quite a bit of money.

Yeah that was my intent, I hate seeing people get hosed. I usually shop with a company called Dirt Cheap juice. Prices are great and they have always shipped same day for me. I am in the Army stationed in Korea and my orders always get to me in about a week....should have just stuck with them.

If you want to try something new Blue Dot Vapor, Vape Wild, Vista Vapor are my 3 go to places at moment and never had problem with any of them. I put Vape Wild lower on that list now though because quite frankly their sweetener is a coil destroyer. Very budget friendly places too.

Blue Dot Vapors is the shit! They make some of the best e-juices I've ever had, and their prices are phenomenal. My first purchase from BDV was a sample pack of their entire line, and it turned me on to a bunch of my favorite juices, and made me a customer for life. They're having a one year anniversary sale this weekend-- everything is 25% off, and orders over $25 ship for free. It's a good time to try them out if you haven't done so yet and have the desire to do so. There's gotta be some flavors in there that you'll enjoy, and even though they're busy with the sale right now, you'll probably still receive your BDV order before E-Juice Mafia even sends theirs out!!!

YouGotEJuice is good for a larger bottle on a budget as well. Predator.io for some very well-crafted flavors at $7 for a 30ml. A bit up in price but well worth it would be Om Vapors (Nirvana has quickly become my ADV).

Dude Blue Dot is LEGIT. I've tried almost all of their juices and even the ones I didn't care for were still not bad and def. vapeable (just a matter of personal taste). If you don't mind waiting a bit for your order to be filled, I highly recommend you order from them this weekend as they have a 25% off code ending tonight. "anniversary1" I believe. I'd recommend Mars, Dots Custard, Milk of the Poppy, Moo Fields, Mr. E, Convicted Melons, and Vanilla White Peach Yogurt, but they're all worth a try.

Wow. I guess some things never change... They have the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I received some broken bottles from them over Black Friday, and it was absolutely brutal trying to communicate with customer service. I e-mailed them at least 20 times over the span of a few weeks, and got no response until I threatened to contact my credit card company, and then all of a sudden, someone responded to me almost immediately and credited my account for the cost of the broken bottles. Of the juices that arrived, three of the four flavors were vapable-- two were actually decent, one was simply vapable, and one was straight up disgusting and unvapable. I don't think they'll rip you off entirely and just not send you your order, but at the same time, you might not enjoy some or all of the juice that they send you. There are much better companies out there. Check out these lists: reddit! AND reddit!

That one experience I had with their house juices was enough for me to know that I didn't want to support a company like them. I have heard that they have great prices on premium juice, but that they do not always have those items in stock. That could be the case here, and would explain why your order hasn't shipped yet. You're absolutely right. There's no excuse for the way that they treat their customers. They are an awful company with premium juices that are never in stock, mediocre/bad house juices, and even worse customer service. I'm sorry you're going through this... Threaten them with a chargeback, and there's a good chance that you'll hear back from them almost immediately. That's exactly what happened to me when I was in your situation-- Two weeks of daily unanswered e-mails, and once I said the magic words-- "I'm going to contact my credit card company,"-- I was told that no one saw any of my e-mails, and that they had all wound up in the spam folder, and that they would make things right immediately. They did end up crediting my account, but by that point, I was totally exhausted from the whole ordeal, and had already decided I would never order from them ever again.

Yeah same here with the response, after 2 weeks I threatened to report them to the FBI's online scam reporting service, within 20 mins I got a response and they said my order was going to be shipped soon. 2 weeks plus later and I still had nothing, and they are back to not answering emails. Funny thing is the only thing I have gotten is an email asking how I liked the product that they have yet to send lolol

Sounds like it's definitely time to contact the bank and get a chargeback. You paid for an item, and there is no record that it was ever sent. There's no way that the bank will rule against you, particularly if they look into the company and see how many people have been filing chargebacks against them. Get your money back, and use this experience as a lesson, and never support E-Juice Mafia ever again. Maybe when enough people come forward and share their horror stories, E-Juice Mafia, and their affiliate companies will no longer be in business. That's all we can hope for at this point. An update to this thread, this post lead to them refunding my money, just checked my account...But not before they tried to pin the blame on me for why my order was never shipped.

I just hope these reviews on here and juice DB find people before they get hosed by these guys or much worse, injured...I read a review on here where someone was saying EJM sent juice thats nicotine level was to too high and they labeled it as 6% or 3% or something and him and his GF became sick, they just need to quit, I do not think the juice trade is their calling in life.
