Here is Why Xcode 7.3 Open Recent is empty

Recently I install Xcode 7.3 and update El Capitan on my Mac. Open Recent on Xcode 7.3 is always empty. Here is the steps how to fix it

  1. Go to System Preferences
  2. Go to General
  3. Go to Recent items
  4. Change the number of Recent items that you prefer. Done
  5. Here is the screenshot if you could not follow my instructions
