3) Respect other users. - Discussion and debate is fine, hurling abuse is not.
4) Be fair. - Don't deliberately try to get creepy messages. Antagonising someone until they insult you doesn't make them creepy.

How do you differ from /r/CreepyPMs?
In /r/CreepyPMs comments are heavily censored to forbid any remarks not overtly supportive of the OP, going so far as to delete jokes unless they're distinctly marked as such. For example, merely implying that a sender might have been drunk can get you banned.
Here we believe in providing an open forum to simply laugh about weird messages that people receive, without a moderation team dedicated to controlling what people are allowed to say.
In short, this sub functions like the original, but without the opinion policing and identity politics.
