I mean... are you asking if he would start over Ronaldo or Neymar? cause the answer to that is fuck no. Would they start Martial if he's their best option despite being 20? fuck yeah, of course, they play young players all the time... I don't get what you're asking.

Pretty useless post but anyway, he would probably get some play time at Real Madrid for sure at least (if Ronaldo and/or Bale is injured). Zidane doesn't like James and fucking Lucas Vazquez and Jese gets to start games for them so Martial would definitely be an upgrade. Bayern have been using Coman and Costa quite much and Robben and Ribery always seems to be injured so would probably get some play time there as well. Barcelona have pretty much used the MSN combo most of their games so depended on injury on one of those as well.
