Don't see him on the injured list amd haven't heard of him in a while.

Ashley young too. Although I like the squad depth

he looks worse than u21 players.

positioning/intelligence seems to have gotten slightly worse which is worrying in itself

but his general speed and workrate are off too. gets beaten to every 50/50.

playing like a washed up 33 year old wes brown right now. hopefully he can get it together in the summer.

To read it, form. His health is there, but something is just off about his commitment. May be an accumulation of all these injuries have rattled him, mentally.

ashley young played just recently against Tottenham. LVG thought it was a good idea to bring him back into the team after quite some time as a striker. You can imagine how well that went...

Thought I remembered LVG specifically saying that Young came on up top to make runs in behind? So basically the opposite of what a false 9 does.

Young did not play as a false 9 whatsoever.
