The SOTD mods aren't even hiding the fact that they're trolling at this point lol.

The_Donald is a way more notable sub than SOTD in the first place, it's hardly going to make anyone subscribe to The_Donald who were otherwise unaware it the sub.

C'mon, man. We invited every major subreddit for each candidate to come and do an interview as a part of our "town hall" series. Yesterday was /r/hillaryclinton, before that was /r/KasichForPresident, and we kicked it of with /r/TedCruzForPresident. Guess which candidate we have scheduled for tomorrow?

We're just doing the democrats and republican candidates. Ms. Stein isn't the only Green Party candidate, and their convention isn't until like October. Same goes for former NM Gov. Gary Johnson.

If they get their respective nominations, we'd have no problem doing a thing on them.

I wouldn't do an interview, just write about how this sub exist to bully unstable people like /u/AngryDM and /u/colbyklaus as well as the racist, sexist, transphobic content. I bet I could also find an upvoted comment from a dipshit like /u/ProjectMayhem666.
