We are 20 goals off top spot (self.reddevils)

I was looking at the league table this morning and it shows that we have the second best defence in the league in terms of conceding goals (31), only Spurs are better (26). Where we fall down and its been an obvious problem throughout the season is scoring. We have scored 43 goals compared to Leicester (64), Spurs (65), Arsenal (59) and Man City (68).

Even looking at the top ten we have only scored more goals then Stoke (38)

Where will these 20 plus goals come from next season to challenge for the title

Will Memphis develop and get more game time, and start scoring goals for us.

Will Martial step up another gear

Is Rashford a 20 goal a season player, he is still very young.

Hopefully we will be buying in a new striker, will they settle quick enough to produce 20 goals in their first season.

I think regardless of who the manager is next season, we will see a new striker come in. My top choice would be Benzema. However, only if he is willing to come to United. If it's a Di Maria situation I wouldn't want him. I know Benzema rejected Fergie, but maybe he would be willing to change his mind now. If not Benzema I would like to buy Higuain. My last option and most ideal would be Harry Kane, but that doesn't look like happening now does it.
