1. What does that mean? How do I do that?

2. Can I do that if I look mean/serious/sad, in my natural state? I might be percieved as creep/predatory.

3. I look away when I notice a girl's stare. Because I'm afraid to face the possiblity that I am like a creep to women.

Friends say that I look very serious or sad, when my face is completely rested. I look probably "mean" but they are too nice or familiar with me to say that. I sometimes scare women when they get out of elevator, while I'm waiting. Hence my behaviour.

TLDR: When I catch a girl staring at me, how do I stare back, without scaring them or being a creep? I searched in youtube but i only found some homo shit and comedy.
