The American Justice Alliance

For many months, we in the Democratic Party have been working to lay out a roadmap for how best to move America forward to a brighter and better future.We seek a fair and just America where everyone has an equal shot at the American dream.We seek an America that leads the world both in innovation and production, as well as hope and compassion. And we seek an America that stands as the beacon of liberty for all people. What is clear is that cannot stand alone in this great undertaking. Instead, we are entering into this election by making a bold step to reach across the aisle to bring people together and get things done.

Over the last few months, the Libertarian Party has been working tirelessly to expand our presence in the Congress. We felt encased in the Sunrise Coalition to the point that standing alone provided more opportunities. However, we are entering into this election as perhaps the second largest party in the sim. Therefore, we made the bold step to work with the only party larger than our own. The Democratic and Libertarian parties hold many similar views on a wide range of topics, and both of our parties are willing to negotiate with each other to find common ground when we disagree. We feel that this alliance not only strengthens our Party’s national presence, but could help us achieve some of our domestic and foreign policy objectives, leading to a more fair and free America.

For the Federal Election of May 2016 the Democratic party is partnering with the Libertarian party to create the American Justice Alliance. We are putting forth a joint ticket of /u/WaywardWit for President of the United States and /u/MrVindication for Vice President. We have come together to advocate a ticket based on reasonable government, a strong constitution to protect our freedoms, and justice for all Americans, regardless of race, creed, identity, or belief . We are making this stand for a country that can foster innovation and hold true to the American Dream. We have also become gravely concerned with the radical elements that rule the far-left and far-right.

We are standing together for a brighter future. The sunrise may seem pretty, but it is little better than the darkness of night. Let us usher in a bright new day across America.
