It's not worth it to get angry over these things. People have had plenty of warnings, if they choose to ignore them then it's their money they lose.

TBH, I don't really have much sympathy for the people who blindly pledged their money, but it infuriates me that these scammers are getting away with making a crapload of money for absolutely nothing. This also negatively effects legitimate and trustworthy crowd funding campaigns; as people will start to assume the worst.

You'd figure that anyone forking over $300 minimum for a product would do even a shed of research beforehand, and they've had ample time and warnings, but oh well... Will be interesting to follow this one over the next year.

It's fine, it's short term greedy long term stupid on IGG's part that will lead to their eventual demise. Do you think those 1,085 backers will feel like supporting a legit film or creative act in the future? They don't do any paid media, it's all word of mouth, and they just set 1K paying users on fire. Honestly, a part of me roots for these scammers. At least in the short term. Hopefully when the inevitable day of reckoning comes, some of the fools fleeced of their money will learn a lesson, and the scammers will receive their comeuppance.
