Hi folks what has peoples experience with United Direct been like?

Seen the discounted jerseys and ordered an infants kit for a 3rd birthday customised with badges.

I'm in Oz, I used my Oz card and address and entered an address in the USA for shipping.

Nothing but a confirmation email confirming the order and payment - with the wrong billing address (my grandparents UK address) however the correct international address.

I have emailed them and the customer service replies are painfully slow. First they stated they could not find my order and now it's been 3 days since my last reply with no further headway.

Just getting annoyed now and the kid still has not got his birthday kit!!
