You're claiming that the rich and detailed history of a word's specific regional usage is more important (and the usage of it is more important) than avoiding insulting people, especially, women, that have to deal with it constantly online.

Before it even begins to detail the origins of the word and how it is entrenched and woven into the country's class system, it outright states that it is often perceived as being deeply offensive, sexist and misogynistic (especially to Americans). It's not disputing this at all and isn't trying to shift the word into acceptance within spaces it isn't appreciated, it's just trying to give some context for the development of the word and how it's rooted in an incredibly complex society divided and governed by a class system (one for which there isn't really an equivelant in the USA so its a perspective people may want to learn about). Please, make an effort to actually discern the other person's point of view before jumping to conclusions in the future.

At this point, he (and you) know very well that the whole world isn't your rich and treasured regional slang and the need to utter it over all other priorities.

Maybe then you should make the effort in turn to understand how the word is used and perceived in societies that aren't yours?
