DubTeeDub believes that they own Unklefat , and that they can act on their behalf to tell other people not to username summon them.

That is not how it works, at all, and there is not a rule against username summoning anybody, that is why it is a feature, if there were a rule against it it would not be a feature.

DubTeeDub is just a sad bully attempting to intimidate me once again as these clowns always do.
