Indiegogo to take responsibility for VOMO Scam

Indiegogo has let Simon Bright, a know scammer host his campaign and gain the trust of 826 backers. To this day Veetron has not made any attempt at delivering their product. Indiegogo has received multiple E-mails from backers and still waited weeks before finally closing the campaign. Now about 800 contributors have lost their money with no resolution.

According to Ingiegogo's terms,

"Campaign Owners are legally bound to perform on any promise and/or commitment to Contributors (including delivering any Perks). "

"If a Campaign Owner is unable to perform on any promise and/or commitment to Contributors, the Campaign Owner will work with the Contributors to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution, which may include the issuance of a refund of Contributions by the Campaign Owner."

This being said Veetron has not reached out to anyone for since December, and has not performed as promised.
