I know we've failed at every opportunity to catch up with the top 4 but it'll such a kick in the teeth if we fail to beat Leicester on Sunday. Not only will we be crowning them the champions but it effectively means we're out of the Champions League next season.

I just hope that after such a shit season, the manager and the players give it all they've got to win the remaining 4 matches.

Keep it up man, the most difficult part is the beginning, just get a routine going and you'll make progress in no time!

Cheers mate. The routine part is the most difficult I must say. Did 50 lengths in the pool which is just under a km. Didn't use the gym bit cos I managed to injure both calves and a thigh playing 5aside in a league for the first time in yonks. We usually play every weekend but at a much slower pace, need to adjust back to the higher tempo >_<

For sure, but it's the routine that makes it sustainable (in my experience anyway). Swimming is a great way to get fit without putting extra strain on your body, keep at it - although I personally find swimming boring as fuck I know some find it very calming, almost meditative.
