One of the best things I've ever done for myself. Just knowing there are no bullets in the gun and I can essentially point it at anyone does wonders for my abundance mentality.

There's nothing that says you have to tell anyone (your wife will probably catch on...) and if I were to hit the dating / fucking scene, I wouldn't say peep.

There really is no price you can put on the peace of mind. That nagging worry that used to eat at me just isn't there anymore. It's very liberating.

A buddy of mine likes to play a joke on his plates where he "forgets" to pull out or breaks a condom or something, and lets her freak out for a few minutes. Then he breaks her the news that he's snipped. Sounds like a fun, uh, gag.
