Youth, we are stock piling great young talent. The future looks bright

I'd say the same. LVG has done a great job with youth.

Our home form has been pretty good. We've conceded only 7 goals at home and I think with time Old Trafford will be a fortress again

The last few days I've been so positive looking forward to next season. Imagine a Mourinho led counter-attacking team with Memphis, Martial and a world class right winger, with Luke Shaw in full flow overlapping Memphis. Rooney playing a deeper role alongside Morgan and Ander in a 4-3-3, with Smalling, a new centre back partner and Darmian, all in front of the best keeper in the country. Oh my goodness.

Can someone knock me back down to earth please??

I'm imagining it, then I'm sad. I don't want us to turn into a bus parking team. Sure, we're going to score a lot of goals, but watching us employ mid table tactics with better players doesn't excite me that much.

Mourinho football has always been my least favorite to watch, it's exciting, but I cannot stand spineless tactics like this. When PSG beat Chelsea in 10 men, I was so happy. One of the most pathetic displays in the Champion's League I've ever seen in my life.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uf0tVCs2xFQ I just watched this and it's incredible. Absolutely frightening how quick they turned from defence to attack. Nothing boring about that imo.

Never said it wasn't exciting. It's mid table tactics which he employs with good players. He's very effective at it, but his approach to the game does not excite me.

Edit: literally said it was exciting in my post above...

We're gonna have a decade of Marcus Rashford Eto'o, Anthony Martial Henry, Cameron Borthwick-Dani-Alves, and Tim Fosu-Mensah Keane. There's also Shaw coming back and Renato Sanches probably signing in the summer. This young core is absurdly promising. No team comes close, just need two marquee names in their primes (Griezmann/Hummels) and we can compete with anyone next season.
