UPDATE on Snapchat as of 3:51AM PDT:

Gross Gore is in the back of a police car, saying they're taking him to the hospital. He speaks with a psychiatrist. He says that Twitch is his life and he can't live without it. His mom and sister show up and start crying. He talks with his mom for a while and feels better afterward. Now he's sleeping at his sister's and says not to worry about him. He looks more relaxed.

Alright, time for a lesson of defamation for anyone saying they just ruined his life. Throwing out accusations with no proof or second thought, especially ones such as sex as minors which are extremely sensitive topics, is not just dumb, it is highly illegal.

Now, you may think well, anyone can do this, what makes his case special. It is because he is also a public figure, with a large following and can be pinpointed with proof where he started these accusations in an online recording he posted on a public site. Welcome to social media. Your aunt can write a blog saying Mark Whalberg is literally the scumiest human and eats whaleburgers, to 5 people and I mean, no one is going to care. The New York Times does this and has insufficient proof, same deal as this. It is called defamation of a person's character. They are attacking a person's livelyhood, their public figure, with nothing but ill-intent. It is why these laws exist.

Now why is his ban called for?

Twitch is in an awkward spot of being the outlet for his media. They have no real choice other than separating ties or they can be tied in as a publishing source for slander. Youtube likely won't do anything, except remove the particular video as they are a sharing site, not a broadcast.

Further consequences.

Honestly, this could be a lot worse for GG in the following weeks, I mean attacking a public figure with slander is a pretty quick way to ruin their career, rumours grow fast, companies look bad. So they sue for damages and to disprove that there was any factual basis they look to just drown the opposition.

Gross Gore, upon receiving his permaban from twitch decides he is going to try hard and not be ghosted in D1-Low Masters ANYMORE.

Climbing the solo q ladder with his TF, he reaches Rank 12 on the EUW Challenger ladder.

Gross Gore decides he wants to get back at Febi, Rekkles, and Krepo. To do this he starts his own Challenger team - Grash Goret

Grash Goret steamrolls their way through Challenger and earns a spot in LCS. Grossie proceeds to 2-0 FNC in the regular season, deep dicking Febiven 15-0 in lane on his famous TF.

Upon meeting FNC in the Finals, Gross Gore again shows his TF prowess against Febiven, dominating him so badly that he get a Flame Horizon at 15 mins.

Grash Goret wins EU LCS. Goes on to Worlds and wins that too 3-0 vs SKT in the finals.

Gross Gore retires and decides to take up a casting job at Riot.

He challenges Krepo for his spot in a classic 1v1 me M8.

In typical Gross Gore fashion he wins easily, takes Krepo's spot on the caster desk, and rides off into the sunset.

As far as I'm aware this is justice. This guy hasn't changed one bit since Runescape in 2008. You can continue to say you aren't the same person like he did after all this happened, but his attitude was the same then and watching him be successful for being such a dick head to others in the community was awful to watch and seeing him finally get punished for what he's said seems all too fitting. This guy tore my self confidence when I was still playing Runescape. With the help of Mog time they put out a video that completely bashed the way I looked earlier in my life. Though it was only for a split second they put a picture of me at the end of a video one of them made that put me into one of the dark places in my past. Reading those comments it was awful to see how their status in the community at the time could allow them to do what they were doing back then and what he has still been doing now. I understand that's his streaming style but I don't understand how people enjoy watching the guy bash on people like he's a high school bully.
