Can I get a source for that? Because as far as I've been told, Hillary's delegate total is very much on track for attaining the nomination outright.

Uhh, I think it's more of a reference to the whole FBI ordeal with her email servers and her possibly being arrested or unable to become the president from having a federal crime record.
