Santa Clara University, Occidental College, and Pepperdine University are 3 that come to mind. All three are in California where sunshine is of course plentiful! Gorgeous campuses (especially SCU and Pepperdine) and they're all privates, so you'll have mostly small classes. Pepperdine doesn't have much of a surrounding area since it's carved into a mountain in fucking Malibu, California, but the other two have pretty good access to food and other amenities. SCU's smack dab in the middle of Silicon Valley so if you are interested in CS, the location's perfect. All three would be matches for you, I think, just looking at your stats at least.
