How could a law forbidding people from telling minors it's okay to be gay have any reasoning beyond religious?

Data indicates the most healthy familial system for children is a two parent male and female home. The contemporary gay "culture" encourages promiscuity and hedonism. I realize that "not all gays" are interested in a culture of heavy promiscuity and hedonism, but neither are there many strong activists against these. Neither of these traits are desirable for encouraging a culture of monogamous child-rearing families. The primary state interest in institutionalizing family is species continuation and child-rearing and not "love" or "freedom" or any other nonsense the LGBT lobby complains about - we believe that love is good for a proper child-rearing home - but that the interest of birth rates and healthy psychological environments of children are the overwhelming factors in institutionalizing family. Additionally, the primary western cultural definition of marriage has always been a male and a female - founded on the biological reality that this is the fundamental pair necessary to bring new humans into the world - and we stand opposed to Marxist attacks on cultural institutions as well as denying the need to cater to minorities at the expense of undermining the culture of the majority - particularly when it comes to institutions designed for species propagation.

We live in an era where children are taught that family and marriage are oppressive and restricting instead of fulfilling and supporting - that life fulfillment comes from consumer acquisitions and decent paying cubical jobs and sexual conquest. This simply isn't the natural state of any animal species which always regards reproduction and child-care the second most important thing to survival.

The reality is that family stability is on the decline due to left wing and Jewish propaganda against families. Part of that is because the left has made a policy of stating and propagandizing that nearly any lifestyle is great except for a traditional family unit. In a civilization where families have been broken down to such a point - the interest of the state should not be focused on "ensuring gay people get married" but should be in ensuring the ideals of the family get restored.
