A TMZ reporter, who looked to be the only minority in the room, called his co-workers “stupid white people” after they said some ignorant comments.
It all began when a TMZ reporter asked The Weeknd about his hair regime. The Weeknd simply responded, “I’m black.” The reporter then asks him how often he washes his hair to which he responded “everyday.” So back in the newsroom the staff is joking around that “it’s not possible” for him to wash his hair everyday, and that you can’t wash dreads everyday. Cue the lone black dude who pipes up with, “Shut up, stupid white people.” He then goes on to educate them about dreads and the care needed for them.
