It's a damn shame what the welfare state did to the African American community. The nanny state broke apart their families with perverse welfare incentives, trapped their children in failing schools, made sure those same children couldn't find employment with minimum wage regimes, and numerous other failed policies that were championed by SJW cucks with their desire to condescend to the working Blacks.

Of course, none of that explains the very real cultural problems in the Black community (e.g., glorification of gang life) or relieves any particular individual of responsibility for his actions, but Trump will work to deliver what we all want for all our neighbors: freeing up the labor market and brining jobs back so every man has the opportunity to work for a living and carry himself with dignity.
