Lifting doesn't compensate for height, confidence does.

Lift to improve your health and your SMV. If you’re "compensating" and have a chip on your shoulder, you're going to come off as having "little big man" syndrome.

A buddy of mine is 5'5". If you had asked me before I knew that, I'd have said he was 5'9". Why? Because he's a totally chill guy with a RP worldview.

Stop worrying abt height. Control the things you can control, and go from there.
