One more question: Can I program those DDK under C# ????
Please give me any ideas. I don't want to user Visual Studio anymore.

DDK (currently - WDK) is available for download from the Microsoft WEB site: http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtools/wdk/WDKpkg.mspx
I don't think that it is a good idea to post illegal download links here
vanta: if you need to develop Windows drivers using DDK, you must do this in C or C++. Some user-mode DDK functions can be called from C# using PInvoke. If this is what you need, you can try, though it is a bit strange to use DDK without C/C++.
