Compare Ranieri's method of resting Vardy during training vs LvG's insistence in only playing players that complete his training. (self.reddevils)

SAF would rest RVP, Ferdinand, Vidic during hard training sessions. Whereas, LvG has this brute force method. Quite different LvG is too old school. The injury disaster this year makes a little more sense with this understanding.
